I had muscular pain that was growing in severity for over 25 years. However, consistent
massage therapy with Evelyn has cut the pain in half, both in intesity and frequency. Evelyn asked for feedback before
and after each session and did research between sessions. It wasn't long before she came up with a mixture of techniques
that worked the best for me. Her commitment to successful therapy has not only resulted in much less pain, but also
an elevated mood and increased overall feeling of overall well being. ~Les E.
I'd like to express my thanks and appreciation for all that you've done and continue to
do for those of us who are taking your yoga class. Even though I've had previous exposure to yoga and knew that
it was in my best interests to continue to practice, I just wawsn't able to stick with it on my own. Your knowledge,
committment and the manner in which you lead us on this journey has made all the difference to me. Thanks to your suggestions,
the newsletters, flyers,handouts, etc, that you put together for us, I'm finding myself studying and practicing more and
more. I've found that I now turn to yoga postures when I'm feeling stressed or need to loosen some tight muscles,
besides finding at least a few minutes each day to practive. You helped me to get back to meditation (something
I need to do and was having difficulty with on my own). You truly have a gift for 'gently' teachin us to
push ourselves a little farther in our practice and always have an atlernative posture for someone who might be having difficulty
with the one. I'm noticing that yoga is helping me as far as keeping a positive attitude in general and is greatly
improving my energy level and flexibility. I had no idea what to expect when you first started the class and have been
surprised, delighted and very thankful to your for knowledge, caring and firm but gentle spirit in teaching this class. ~

I have really enjoyed the yoga classes. My favorite part is the meditation time at
the start and end. It allows me to clear my mind of all the stress's of the day. I try to take a few minutes
in the day to meditate. I know that no matter what problem arises throughout the day I can handle them with more of
a positive attitude. My body is more flexable. Yoga has made a positive impact in my life, thanks to you.
You have taken your time in showing us the correct posture and positions of yoga, along with the handouts and information
so that we better undrstand how yoga can benefit our well being. ~Karen B.
I have finally found a form of exercise-I enjoy! I look forward to yoga classes since our first
session. I can see the strength I have gained, especially in my upper body. The stretching exercises have increased
my flexibility, unline other exercises that make you stiff and sore. The class is relaxing and the music soothing.
Evelyn is an excellent instructor and repeats the movements, which helps with practice at home. I can hear her voice
saying the next movement in my head, which helps relieve the stress of the day. I love the sessions and hope that they

As you know due to nerve damage in my hip it is hard to do certain exercises without
pain. So, I have tried just about everything with no luck. I decided to take yoga due to the benefits that you
have told me about. In my first few sessions I was very tight, and could hardly do anything, but you softly told me
to take my time. Well, after a few more sessions and continuing at home I am surprised that I can do what I couldn't
in the first few sessions. I have also found meditation to be very relaxing in my somewhat crazy world, and the breathing
is something I have also learned helps control the tenseness we all have in our lives. I am glad you were the instructor,
or I might have never know the benefits, and what a difference it has made. Thank YOU!! ~Pat T.
Evelyn, I just wanted to let you know that I haven't felt this good for a while now.
I am not sure what happened diruing our sessiion although I have always know you are a miracle worker!! I felt good
Thursday when I left you house but Friday night was the first night in months that I slept with almost no shoulder, back and
neck pain on my right side. By Saturday night there was no pain at all. It is Monday morning and I feel great.
I am cancelling my appointment with the doctor today. I am going to ease back into my exercise slowly but like I said
heaven't felt this great in a very long time. I can't thank you enough for your help, strength, knowledge, positive
energy and just plain caring. YOU are the best! ~Judy F.
Ev, I came to your studio before for
Reiki, have taken yoga classes, both of which are so relaxing, and soothing, an awesome feeling of peace. But when I
came a few weeks ago and could not stand straight, and barely walked, you knew exactly what needed to be done. Amazing,
after the massage and the workout you did on my tight muscles, I got off the table and walked, standing straight, with no
pain!! I will say it again.... you are amazing, and have magic in those hands.... Thank you ~Pat T.
